The event that turns Singapore into a 10-day festival of racing, concerts, nightlife, and pop-ups is back&mdash;and we&rsquo;ve gathered all the best things to do while you&rsquo;re there.

For motorsport fans and festival-goers alike, late September in Singapore means one thing: <a href="https://www.visitsingapore.com/whats-happening/all-happenings/events/singapore-grand-prix-season/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Grand Prix Season Singapore</a> (GPSS). Running from September 26 to October 5, 2025, the 10-day celebration builds to the Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix&mdash;the only full-night race on the F1 calendar&mdash;happening October 3 to 5.
The event first put Singapore on the global racing map in 2008 when it became the first-ever F1 night race, a tradition that remains one of the most dramatic stops of the season. Today, GPSS is as much about the culture as it is about the competition, with the city filling up with concerts, parties, retail activations, and food-centric experiences that run from morning until sunrise.
This year&rsquo;s edition is stacked: over 40 live acts will perform across the weekend, including G-DRAGON, CL, Alan Walker, Foo Fighters, Lewis Capaldi, and Elton John closing Sunday night. Off-track, fans can explore immersive sim-racing hubs, surf-skate-snow pop-ups, and race-themed cocktail workshops, plus catch the Porsche Carrera Cup Asia and F1 Academy support races.
And because this year coincides with SG60, Singapore&rsquo;s 60th birthday, you&rsquo;ll also see retro car showcases, memorabilia exhibits, and LED light installations that celebrate the country&rsquo;s past while pointing to its future. Add in late-night hawker trails, rooftop bars, and Orchard Road shopping events, and you&rsquo;ve got a full itinerary beyond the race itself.

From September 26 to 28 and October 2, GrooveDriver Festival brings four days of music and culture to venues across Singapore, including Suntec City, Millenia Walk, and South Beach Tower. The lineup features U.K. singer Henry Moodie, South Korea&rsquo;s GEMINI, YUJU, SHAUN, and regional acts like Molly Lin and Licaxxx. Between performances, try the city&rsquo;s first in-person Trackmania racing challenge, browse a retro car boot sale, and more.

See Quantum Perspective: The Art of Interference

The Arts House hosts Quantum Perspective: The Art of Interference, a group exhibition curated by Nadia Stefanel. Bringing together Italian and Singaporean artists, the show explores the meeting point of quantum science and creative expression, turning complex physics into thought-provoking installations and visuals. Open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at 1 Old Parliament Lane.

Stop by Mo&euml;t &amp; Chandon&rsquo;s Elevation Lounge

Look for the cork-shaped hot air balloon over Bayfront Event Space. It marks the return of Mo&euml;t &amp; Chandon&rsquo;s Elevation Lounge, running October 3 to 5 from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Inside, guests can sip chilled champagne, enjoy playful French-inspired bites, and explore heritage walls tracing the maison&rsquo;s long history with racing. It&rsquo;s an ideal pre-race or pre-concert stop for a glass of bubbly with a view.

Scent becomes part of the race-week experience at Oo La Lab. The lab will host its Chemistry of Oo workshop, inviting guests to blend bold, track-inspired notes&mdash;leather, smoke, metal, and champagne&mdash;into a custom fragrance. The session ends with a 50ml Eau de Parfum, personalized and labeled with your name.

Experience SUSHISAMBA&rsquo;s GPSS offerings

SUSHISAMBA goes all in for race week with seasonal menus and two special events high above the city. On October 3, the Post Race Party takes over the SAMBAROOM with DJ sets and race-themed cocktails from 10:00 p.m. until late. The next day, the Copacabana Brunch pairs robata grills, sushi rolls, and samba dancers with panoramic views from noon to 3:00 p.m.

At ION Orchard, you&rsquo;ll find TAG Heuer&rsquo;s Tone of Victory experience. Step inside to discover the brand&rsquo;s motorsport heritage through its most iconic timepieces, then get up close to the Oracle Red Bull Racing F1 Team Show Car.

Sip Tanglin Gin&rsquo;s limited-edition GPSS gin

Head to Tanglin Gin&rsquo;s distillery at 26B Dempsey Road to toast race week with its limited-edition GPSS gin. While there, join a cocktail masterclass to learn how to make three race-inspired drinks, then bring home your own commemorative bottle. Sessions run Tuesday to Thursday at 6:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m., and 8:00 p.m.

Party at Amber Lounge in the Clifford Pier at the Fullerton Bay Hotel

The legendary Amber Lounge returns to The Clifford Pier at Fullerton Bay Hotel, running from 10:30 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Known as the most exclusive afterparty of the race weekend, it pairs glittering views of Marina Bay with performances by international acts, champagne service, and cocktails mixed by award-winning bartenders (AKA the perfect way to dance long past the chequered flag).
