With Prada Choices, the creative pairing proves that in Spring/Summer 2023, gingham and fur go together.

As if each choice in our wardrobe were an act of creating our own identity, for Raf Simons and Miuccia Prada, fashion is a curated process &ndash; something that in the Prada world emerges from an avant-garde injected with a minimalist character. That's why for Spring/Summer 2023 &ndash; a collection created for everyday wear, the fundamentals of dressing are explored.

In a room where white sheets of paper hang from the ceiling with cutouts that simulate windows as a backdrop, timeless elements come together at a crossroads of contrasts: A pattern as familiar as gingham joins forces with the audacity of leather, transforming discrepancy in a new creation with youthful airs, full of energy and vitality. Between innocence and rebellion, while listening to the alternative rock musical pieces of Sonic Youth, a benchmark with its experimental sounds in the 1980s and 1990s, the firm places its guests inside a giant house. &nbsp;
On a blank canvas, of absolute black, present in all tailored suits, subtle colour accents emerge in a repertoire of garments and textures that are impossible to confuse: The simplicity of classic elements is translated as an expression of complexity refined in simplicity through the unexpected combinations to the Prada style.

Alongside denim ensembles, leather in full looks becomes the texture of choice for garments like tank top, shorts, a bomber jacket and a cream-colored trenchcoat which will surely take over the streets in Spring/Summer 2023. Elastic textiles are present in knitted sweaters where a wide range of colours (yellow, red, lime green, pink and others) colour a set of horizontal lines.
The geometry is extended to checkered patterns in different colours, like a call for spring winds.
